Will Google flag my account for using AI replies?
Review AI is built to work inside Google's rules. Every reply posts through Google's own official Business Profile API, only on a profile you have connected yourself, and Google's rules for reply tools require that consent. There's no scraping and no browser automation pretending to be you. Google still checks every reply before it shows and can ask for an edit. If you'd rather see every reply first, turn on "review before send".
Does Google allow automatic replies to reviews?
Yes, with the business owner's consent. Google's policy for Business Profile tools says replies must not be automated "without the user's prior specific and express consent", and that a tool replying for a business "must receive their authorization first." That's why Review AI only works on a profile you connect yourself. Google also reviews each reply before it appears, usually within about 10 minutes. Read Google's policy
