Our services

Webiske provides marketing services for local businesses, including social media management, Google review management (Review AI), web design, local SEO, AI visibility, and AI automation. Specific engagements are governed by the written agreement or order for that engagement.

SMS / text messaging terms

Some of our services (including Review AI) send text messages on behalf of the businesses you visit — for example, a one-time message inviting you to leave a review after your visit.

Consent: you receive these messages only if you provided your phone number and agreed to receive messages at the business's point of sale. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies; typically one review invitation per visit.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The content on webiske.com (text, graphics, logos) belongs to Webiske LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Work product delivered to clients is governed by the client's engagement agreement.

Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
