These terms govern your use of webiske.com and the services provided by Webiske LLC ("we," "us"), a marketing firm based in Louisville, Kentucky. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Webiske provides marketing services for local businesses, including social media management, Google review management (Review AI), web design, local SEO, AI visibility, and AI automation. Specific engagements are governed by the written agreement or order for that engagement.
Free tools
We also publish free tools on this website — for example our review reply generator and our AI visibility check — that anyone may use without paying us and without an account. These tools are part of our website and are covered by these terms, including the Disclaimers section below.
Free tools are samples of what our paid services do. Using one does not create a client relationship with Webiske, and nothing a free tool produces is professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Our tools use AI, which can produce text that is inaccurate, incomplete or wrong for your business. Anything a tool gives you is a draft for you to read, edit and decide about — you are responsible for reviewing it and for anything you choose to publish from it.
SMS / text messaging terms
Some of our services (including Review AI) send text messages on behalf of the businesses you visit — for example, a one-time message inviting you to leave a review after your visit.
- Consent: you receive these messages only if you provided your phone number and agreed to receive messages at the business's point of sale. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies; typically one review invitation per visit.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at sales@webiske.com or 502 252 6060.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled. They are used only to send the messages described above and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services — including attempting to disrupt them, scrape them, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The content on webiske.com (text, graphics, logos) belongs to Webiske LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Work product delivered to clients is governed by the client's engagement agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our website, our free tools and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website or free tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything they produce will be accurate or suitable for your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the website, our free tools, or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
