Will it offer customers free food or refunds?
Never. Replies don't promise refunds, discounts or free items. For a complaint, the reply takes it seriously and invites the guest to call and ask for the manager, so the conversation happens with you, not in public.
What about complaints about delivery orders?
Review AI answers the Google reviews on your listing, including ones about pickup and delivery. It doesn't reply on DoorDash, Uber Eats or Yelp.
Can I check every reply before it posts?
