Webiske ("we," "us") is a marketing firm based in Louisville, Kentucky. This policy explains what information we collect when you use webiske.com (including our landing pages such as Review AI), and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us — when you submit a form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
Usage data — we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors find and use our site (pages viewed, general location, device/browser). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a review audit, and follow up about our services.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, Google and Meta for analytics/advertising, and our email and hosting providers), and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.

Cookies & advertising

Our site uses cookies for analytics and advertising. The Meta Pixel may show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookies through your browser settings and your ad preferences on Facebook and Google.

SMS / text messaging

Some of our services (including Review AI) send text messages on behalf of the businesses you visit — for example, a one-time message inviting you to leave a review after your visit. By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive messages at the point of sale, you consent to receive these texts.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sales@webiske.com.
Message frequency varies; typically one review invitation per visit.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
No sharing for marketing: phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to send the messages described above. They are never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data retention

If you submit a form on our site (including a contact request or the AI Visibility check) and we don't end up working together, we keep that information for up to 12 months from your last contact with us, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us at any time by emailing sales@webiske.com. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing message we send.
